Overview
Varda PAC helps increase our influence in Washington, D.C., on issues that matter deeply to Varda and our future success. Every dollar of your contribution will support candidates who align with Varda’s values and who understand the issues important to the company, its employees, and customers. To maximize our impact in Washington, you are invited to subscribe to the PAC at one of the Varda PAC tiers described below. Certain benefits apply to each tier.
Shooting Star – Those that commit to donate at least $175 per paycheck, will receive a framed and personalized photo of a future W-series capsule launch and recovery, and a piece of mission capsule along with a certified certificate of authenticity! Employees committing to the Shooting Star tier will also have the opportunity to meet with elected officials that visit Varda HQ, as well as PAC updates and an end-of-year political and policy briefing.
Hypersonic – Those that contribute $100 per paycheck, will receive a “Marine Layer” quarter zip pullover with Varda branding. Employees contributing at the Hypersonic Tier will also have the opportunity to meet with elected officials that visit Varda HQ, we well as PAC updates and end-of-year political and policy briefing.
Orbital Velocity – Those pledging to donate at least $50 per paycheck will receive a Varda branded backpack and moleskin notepad, as well as PAC updates and an end-of-year political and policy briefing.
Nominal Trajectory – Employees choosing to donate at least $25 per paycheck will receive a Varda branded “Yeti” travel mug recognizing your commitment to Varda PAC, as well as PAC updates and an end-of-year political and policy briefing.
Liftoff – For those employees who make a one-time or total contribution between $50-$600 will receive a Varda PAC lapel pin and baseball cap with Varda logo (not the same hat already available to Varda employees), as well as PAC updates and an end-of-year political and policy briefing.

Enrollment Form
Contributions to the Varda Space Industries, Inc. Action Committee are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Your support of the PAC is completely voluntary, and any contribution guidelines are only suggestions. You are free to contribute more, less, or nothing at all. Should you opt to contribute via a direct deposit from your paycheck, you can select the per paycheck amount below.

The company will neither favor nor disadvantage employees because of the amount of their contribution or their decision not to contribute, and employees may refuse to contribute without reprisal.
To comply with federal law, we must use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year. Federal law allows for a maximum contribution of $5,000 per calendar year per eligible employee or family member. Only personal funds may be donated.
